US Market

• Current US market is in extreme fear
• There sign of change in market direction:

1. Lower high, lower low
2. Divergence of MACD, market losing momentum
3. Overboughted

• I am still expecting a ~10% correction ($613 to $594)

Sector

• XLK, XLY, XLC same trend as the index, no buying opportunity
• My short term position, XLV near my target price of $160 and is near the turning point. May take profit in December.

Stock to Watch in December

• My #1 is still META. Will continue to nibble as long price is below $700 and take bigger position below $550.
• #2 will be MSFT. But only will start nibbling when it fall below $460 and take bigger position below $420.
