It's the end of the month, so here's my March 2021 portfolio & dividend update. (:
My portfolio listed here consists purely of equities only, and excludes social security (CPF & SRS), debt instrument holdings (i.e. bonds & SSBs etc), emergency funds, as well as personal savings.
As such, any returns from the excluded items above (e.g. dividends from CPFIS/SRS, coupons from bonds and interest from saving accounts etc) will be excluded from the total amount in the 'Dividend Updates' section below as well.

For the month of March, I sold the majority of my local equities, SPDR Straits Times Index ETF (ES3), Phillip SING Income ETF (OVQ), and Lion-Phillip S-REITS ETF (CLR).
Subsequently I added quite new positions on Visa Inc. (V), Mastercard Inc. (MA), Tesla Inc. (TSLA), Home Deport Inc. (HD), Vanguard S&P500 Growth ETF (VOOG),Vanguard Russell 1000 Growth Index Fund ETF (VONG), as well as the sturdy Vanguard S&P500 UCITS ETF (VUSD).
Moving forward in the near future, I am likely fully exiting the local market, and go full exposure with overseas equities. Reason being I am still young, and I want to go for more growth. As mentioned in my february portfolio & dividend updates post, the risk would of course be higher, but I am comfortable with this risk exposure.
Again, as a result of this arrangement, my future annual dividends would likely suffer quite a big drop, since most of the overseas growth stocks don't pay dividends well (some doesn't even pay one). But it's fine for me since it's long term capital growth that I am aiming for. :)
Cheers to more growth man. :)

March is a good dividend month since its the end of the first quarter, and as a result I received quite a decent sum of dividend payouts for the month of March from my overseas stocks.
My total amount of dividends received since the start of 2021 thus now stands at S$1,329.23, giving me an average dividend amount of S$443.08 monthly from January till March 2021.
Note: Dividends are recognised after ex-dividend (EX) date.
