The Singapore property market in District 4, which encompasses Sentosa and Harbourfront, is known for its premium residential developments, including leasehold condominiums such as Seven Palms Sentosa Cove, The Coast at Sentosa Cove, The Oceanfront @ Sentosa Cove, and Seascape. These developments are notable for their luxury amenities and proximity to tourist attractions in Sentosa.

The buyer profile in this district is diverse, with a significant representation of Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PRs), foreigners, and companies.
