Crypto Withdrawal from Tokenize Exchange

After 24-hour cool-off period, today (4 August 2025) all the recipient addresses I added yesterday (as described in the blog post Adding Receiving Addresses in Tokenize Exchange) can now be used:

The "Can Use" column showed ticks for all the coins' addresses. So I went ahead with ADA withdrawal by clicking “Withdraw” link for ADA under "Fiat and Spot" page:

The "Withdraw Crypto" for ADA page showed up:

The "Coin" section on the left panel showed the Total Balance and Available Balance I can withdraw. Under the "Address" section, I could select the ADA recipient address I added yesterday and the Transaction Network confirmed the recipient network is the Cardano network.

Under the "ADA Amount" section, I clicked the "Max" link as my intention was to withdraw all my ADA holdings. It indicated the "Withdraw fee" for this withdrawal, and the recipient will receive my ADA holdings less the withdraw fee. When I moved my mouse to the "info" icon, the following explanatory notes popped up:

The Withdraw fee is the sum of Tiered fee and Network fee. I found an article Crypto Withdrawal Fees on Tokenize Exchange's Knowledge Base providing information on the amount of tiered fee and network fee for different combinations of crypto coins, networks, and Tokenize Exchange membership type.

After I clicked the "Withdraw" button at the bottom, I went through the same 2-fold Security Verification step by Email verification code and Google authentication code as in adding ADA recipient address (refer to the blog post Adding Receiving Addresses in Tokenize Exchange).

The withdrawal was successful and the ADA page was refreshed to reflect the change in my ADA holdings:

The Total Balance and Available Balance was shown as zero ADA, and the Remaining Withdrawal Limit under the Withdraw Notice section was reduced by the amount of ADA I had withdrawn.

I went ahead to withdraw TKX through the same process, carefully chosen the Ethereum ERC20 network. Then, I went to the "Transaction History" page:

It showed the 2 withdrawal transactions I had done today. The status of the withdrawal is "INTRANSIT", which would stay in this status until the withdrawal is completed.

I am going to monitor the withdrawal status for a while before I proceed to withdraw the rest of my crypto coins. With the police investigation going on, Tokenize Exchange might be in limbo state. I can only hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.
