Railway-inspired BTO in Choa Chu Kang

Rail Garden @ CCK comprises six residential blocks ranging from 5 to 11 storeys, along with a 4-storey Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) featuring a ground-level preschool and a roof garden, the project presents a total of 465 units, including 2-room Flexi, 3-, and 4-room flats.

It also provides an array of recreational and communal facilities for residents, including children’s playgrounds, fitness stations tailored for adults and seniors, and tranquil rain gardens. Embracing the area’s rich railway heritage, the project’s landscape design and precinct pavilion draw inspiration from railway platforms and tracks.

Proximity to Sungei Pang Sua

Rail Garden @ CCK is situated at the intersection of Woodlands Road and the KJE, so it’s about a bus ride away from Bukit Panjang MRT, which connects you to the Downtown Line and Choa Chu Kang MRT, where you’ll be connected to the North-South and East-West Lines.

There are several amenities nearby, some walkable and others a bus ride away. This includes Junction 10 and Bukit Panjang Plaza, home to numerous retail shops and eateries. Choa Chu Kang ActiveSG Sports Centre, complete with a swimming complex, is a walkable distance away via the Pang Sua Park Connector.

Rail Garden @ CCK is also surrounded by schools, such as Jurong Pioneer College and Pioneer Junior Collage, as well as Choa Chu Kang Primary and Secondary Schools, and Teck Whye Primary School.

However, the star feature of this project is the West’s hidden: Sungei Pang Sua. Rail Garden @ CCK is right beside a verdant woodland, part of the 24 km Rail Corridor.

Pros: It’s close to at least 2 park connectors, Stagmont and Pang Sua. with numerous schools nearby.

Cons: While there are a good number of primary and secondary schools nearby, there are not a lot of amenities. They’re further away in the Senja enclave or at Junction 10, which should be a couple of bus stops away.
