Today (3 August 2025), I login my Tokenize Exchange account thinking of starting my crypto asset withdrawal.

As mentioned in my blog post Crypto Investment Update – July 2025, I would do away with small amount testing, and go straight to pick the smallest value crypto coin to withdraw. In fact, I will pick 2 coins because I need to withdraw to 2 different receiving platforms, Coinbase Singapore for BTC/ETH/SOL/ADA/XRP, and Coinbase Wallet for TKX. The smallest valued crypto coin targeting Coinbase would be ADA.

So I went to the Fiat and Spot page in Tokenize Exchange:

I clicked the "Withdraw" link beside ADA and the "Withdraw Crypto" page showed up:

I selected ADA under "Coin" step, then clicked the "Address Management" link just beneath the "Select an address" drop down menu and came to the "Address Management" page:

I clicked the "Add Withdrawal Address" at the top right corner, a warning message popped up, stating that the newly-whitelisted wallet address will be subjected to a 24-hour cool-off period for security reason:

I could have done these "adding receiving addresses" earlier to save me the 24-hour waiting time. Oh well, Murphy's Law always strikes. Fortunately this only costs me 24-hour of waiting time, nothing catastrophic.

So I went ahead to click the "Continue" button, and came to the "Add Withdrawal Address" page:

Here I entered the wallet address for ADA I obtained from Coinbase (refer to the blog post Onboard with Coinbase Singapore for how to get the receiving wallet address in Coinbase). Another security window popped up:

These are 2 security verification steps. The first one is "Email verification code" where I clicked the "Get code" link, then keyed in the code I received in my email. The second one is "Google authentication code", where I got the code from the "Google Authentication" app installed on my mobile phone.

With the 2 codes submitted, my ADA withdrawal address was added successfully:

I went ahead to add wallet addresses for all the rest of crypto coins targeting Coinbase. They followed the same steps as in adding ADA address, except for ETH and XRP.

For ETH, there were 2 networks (ERC-20 and Optimism) on the "Add Withdrawal Address" page, so I went to my Coinbase account to look for which network ETH resides on:

The ETH on Ethereum Network specifically highlighted "Do not send and ERC-20s, NFTs or WETH to this address", so I can't use this address.

This one is specifically for receiving ETH on Optimism Network. So I chose Optimism Network for my ETH receiving wallet address on Tokenize Exchange:

For XRP, the "Add Withdrawal Address" page required additional tag information:

I went to my Coinbase account and look for XRP receiving address, and sure enough it said "a memo is required to receive XRP":

The XRP Memo is the number I need to enter in the tag field when adding XRP wallet address in Tokenize Exchange.

The next step was to add TKX wallet address, whose address was obtained from Coinbase Wallet (refer to the blog post Create a Coinbase Wallet for how to get the receiving wallet address in Coinbase Wallet).

The "Add Withdrawal Address" page showed 2 networks: Titan Chain and Ethereum (ERC20).

Titan Chain is a blockchain network jointly developed by Tokenize Exchange and Titan Lab (refer to the press release Tokenize Xchange Launches New Blockchain: Titan Chain). With Tokenize Exchange ceasing operations in Singapore, we don't know the fate of Titan Chain. Obviously I prefer to send TKX to the Ethereum ERC20 Network on Coinbase Wallet.

With all the wallet addresses added, we can see the complete address list on the "Address Management" page:

All the columns are self-explanatory. The "Address" column shows the wallet addresses and the blockchain networks the coins are on. We can see that the XRP has a number under the "Memo/Tag" column. All the coins have a "x" under the "Can Use" column, indicating that these coins can't be used right now as they are still within the 24-hour cool-off period.

Ok, that completes the preparation of adding receiving addresses in Tokenize Exchange. I will do the actual crypto withdrawal once the addresses can be used.
