Why is it so hard to find my passion/interest? Feeling stressful as everyone around me seems to know what to do in life, if not busy studying/hustling - at least there is something for them to work hard on?
It's because you haven't done enough exploring to know where your passion or interest are. As the cliche saying goes, you have to step out of your comfort zone and learn to be comfortable with discomfort.

"Call me a strawberry millennial, but being passionate doesn’t mean I’m willing to be exploited" - Feel like a lot of older workers view us fresh grads as being unwilling to work hard. Any thoughts?
Can't blame them, thye live in an era where hard work are largely compensated with better returns and follow a pretty simple script for a fulfilling life. Now, the younger generations (being exposed to globalisation) are looking forward to a lot more than the normal narrative of graduate-career-marry-house-kids. It's due to this that people are getting more and more demotivated to work as hard as they (foolishly) thought it as a hindrance to them achieving the life they actually wanted.

Any other fresh grads out there? What's your biggest adulting fear? I graduated this year and found a traineeship... But I still feel like I'm failing in every aspect.. My work, home, personal self..?
At least you got a job, got some income. If you want to compare upwards, there's no end. Strive for improvement that's good enough.

[Help] NUS Double degree programme with full scholarship v.s. top U.K. university self-funded.?
Not sure how wealthy your parents are, why not local (use that scholarship for investment) and then use that scholarship to go overseas exchange?(some do cover exchange) Then again do think twice if you really want that bond. Some of my friends break the bonds after graduation..

Do you think 'impostor' syndrome is a serious problem in Singapore's workforce? In such a KPI driven environment, sometimes I feel that we continually question our abilities based on pure numbers..?
The feeling sucks but the motivation and perseverance to better ourselves is helpful to Singapore. Press on!

Grab

Career

Grab is working with Microsoft to help upskill their staff to ultimately pursue careers in tech. Why are they going out of their way to help employees? Just because of the SGUnited Skills programme?
Because it helps to develop their people and that the company recognises them as human beings with hopes and aspirations to be better. People are not just figures on a spreadsheet.

Workplace discrimination or harassment complaints in Singapore increased by 42 per cent from last year. Is workplace discrimination prominent in Singapore?
Evidently so from your statistics. Much work needed to be done to reduce this biasness.

How difficult is it to build a startup in Singapore? We don't come from financially rich backgrounds but my business partner and I would like to try building our own business. Are we too rash?
