A: Yes, you may! But please register each individual ticket to a different attendee as all ticket holders will need a unique email address to access Micepad. If you are buying a bundle ticket, you will receive instructions on registering the other ticket.

A: Micepad is a private and gated online platform that we’re using to host Seedly PFF 2022.

Q: Do I need to download anything to access PFF 2022?

A: No. You will not need to download any application or software. You can access the event through your web browser on any supported iOS, Android and Windows device.

We understand that some of our sponsors are hosting live sessions at their Exhibitor booths. These might be streamed on YouTube on their own channels. Please check with them for more information.

Q: Why am I paying for a virtual event?

A: Like a physical event, a virtual event requires an equal, if not an even higher level of planning due to the need to pivot to entirely new platforms. Through this event, attendees will also get exclusive access to a strong line-up of established speakers that have been specially sourced and curated by the team. This ensures that quality personal finance knowledge is delivered to our attendees and can be conveniently accessed from a single platform in a day.

We will also be recording the speakers in a professional studio with 4K cameras to ensure that our speakers can deliver their content in the best possible manner.

In addition, there are also costs incurred for virtual events, such as platform and production fees.

Q: I forgot to include the promo code when I purchased my ticket. What should I do?

A: We will not be able to apply a promo code to your order once placed.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Q: How will I receive my ticket?

A: Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email for the event and the e-copy of your ticket. There will not be any physical tickets.

Q: Can I share my ticket with a friend?

A: No. The ticket issued is for single login and will only be available on one device at any given time.

Q: How do I pay for the event?

A: Payments will be made securely through Stripe, where you can choose to pay via Credit or Debit Card.

Q: Can I purchase my ticket on the day of the event?

A: Tickets can be purchased on the event day if they are still available.

Q: Is there a cap on the number of tickets?

A: For our attendees to achieve the best event experience, there will be a limited number of tickets available. This ensures that our servers can operate optimally and well within bandwidth requirements. As such, do get your tickets early before it runs out!

Q: Why is Seedly focusing on Cryptocurrency as a vertical in PFF 2022?

A: Seedly believes in educating our community, consumers and attendees to make smarter financial decisions around investing, insurance, stocks, CPF and cryptocurrency in Singapore. 

We have been doing this since 2016 and amassing over 1.1M monthly visitors on all our distribution channels and platform. 

In 2021, we worked on the inaugural State of Crypto in SG as a collaborative research piece with CoinMarketCap and Gemini to understand Singaporeans' sentiments towards crypto with over 5,000 participants. 

We believe in broad-based personal finance, with different verticals and aspects, not just one sector/vertical. In the area of cryptocurrency, we believe in education as well with no investment advice; we will also always warn of risks associated with crypto, especially with the multitude of scams in the last few years.
