Exchange rates are much better than banks. Have been using it for business payments to overseas suppliers. Save costs as compared to banks. Thumbs up!1

[User Interface] I find WF website setup and workflow is very streamlined and easy to use especially seniors like me who is not so tech savy this is a critical criteria. Apart from this, their staffs are also friendly and patient to explain and walk me through the entire process.1

Easy to use platform. Wish there is function to do B2C transfer like Paypal. But otherwise really good platform for B2B transfer overseas and in US1

Marvelous team.... all Customer Service from opening Alipay Business Account to Worldfirst Account served me together to get my account open, fast and quick! (Cara, William, Stanley, Chloe) are so professional. Excellent service. Friendly and prompt to any question and issue i faced efficiently. Thanks a Million everyone. I have just been involved in setting up an account with WorldFirst and the experience has been blissful. Unusually a) only one member of staff dealt with each issue I raised b) when I received a reply it was exactly to the point I had raised, without me having to repeat it to two or three members of staff and c) responses were prompt. Highly recommended!1

We use WF for their international Alipay payment solution which works well for us. Their customer service is excellent. Jingqin who handles our account always reply our question promptly and provide useful suggestion. They are also very transparent on their currency exchange rate and any fees involved. Highly recommended!0
