[Customer Service] Had various choices to choose from, so I researched on Tiq's website as well as those of its competitors. Tiq was the only website that had a good Call to Action. When I wanted to turn my attention to another page, there was a note that popped up and implored me to stay longer. Plus, there was a Live Chat function, so I could immediately surface my enquiries to the chatbot and have them answered. So, a thumbs-up to the customer service. [Purchase Process] Appreciated how I could make my payment via PayNow to a UEN. Saved a lot of trouble. I also chose Tiq Home Insurance because it was the only service provider that enabled me to buy a 5-year plan. (Other competitors only offered 1-3 plans.) Home Insurance is one of those things that I wanted to get it done once and for all, so having that 5-year option helped. Was attracted by the value-added services too. Specifically, the Emergency Home Assistance service that covers these emergencies - plumbing, electricity, locksmith and pest control. This offers great peace of mind!1
