How do I switch to Singtel Power?
You can approach any sales consultants at Singtel Shops. You can also call 1609 to speak with telesales agents.
Will my electricity be disrupted when I do decide to switch?
No, as you would be switching retailers and not electricity supply.
Is there a service charge?
No upfront admin charges and registration fees.
Does Singtel Power require a security deposit?
No, security deposits are waved for all sign-ups.
How will I be billed?
Direct billing will be utilised by Singtel Power. This means that you will be billed directly by Geneco Energy. The rest of your utilities will be continued to be billed separately by SP Group.
Do I have to change my meter if I switch to Singtel Power?
No, but if you choose to switch from a SRLP to an AMI meter, you will be charged $42.80 (inclusive of GST) by SP Group for the installation.
About 30 calendar days will be required for the process to be completed.
How long will the switching process take?
About 2-4 weeks.
