Fast approval. Easy to apply. The points earned does not expire. Converting points to air miles without additional charges. However, it does not provide any airport lounge benefit comparing with DBS altitude card.

Min Blocks for transfer = 1000 Travel$ Promotional Period till 29 Feb 2020: Foreign currency spends S$1 = 4 miles on foreign currency spend S$1 = 2.1 miles (after promo) Customer Service: I have generally had positive experiences with OCBC customer service and found agents t o be helpful. [Instant Approval, Virtual Card] Application is easy with MyInfo, which by now, most banks have integrated its usage into application. What stands out is the instant approval, where it takes less than a day for application to be approved and a virtual card issued pending a physical card to be delivered. The link will be emailed and will expire in 7 days where you can find the card number, expiry date and CVV. You can add the card to your mobile wallet and start using it - no activation is required. If you wish to make purchases via any website or app, you can only do so at those that request your CVV. Activation of the physical card is not needed if you are happy using the card you have already stored in your mobile wallet. Should you activate the physical card, the CVV of the card details saved on any website or app (besides your mobile wallet) because it is different. If not, you will be unable to make transactions on these platforms. [Fees] First year waiver, $192.60 yearly - get 10k miles for it. Online waiver process available in internet banking site. [Useful For...] Foreign currency spending during promo period till 29 February 2020. S$1 = 4 miles on foreign currency spend S$1 = 2.1 miles (after promo) 1 Travel$ = 1 mile Spending is accumulated into Travel$ which: -do not expire -no conversion fees (to miles) -no minimum blocks when converting -Get cashback at 1.2% from your earned Travel$. [Rewards site - STACK Marketplace] Enjoy real-time points conversion across different rewards programmes and get exclusive access to deals on STACK Marketplace. Looks modern and clean UI. Even have a app for it. [Customer Service] Unlike DBS which has a live chat function, ocbc still requires to call in hotline. Mobile app has a chat bot that can help you find what you need using voice. An often overlooked feature is the mailbox in the ibanking site - for non urgent enquires as replies can take days but still beats going/waiting on the hotline to speak to a CSO. [Bill Payment] As for all credit cards, don't be deceived by make minimum payment to avoid late payment clause. Late interest charges still applies and they goes beyond 20%. These aspects are well explained in the accompanying brochure(if i am not wrong, by moneysense) which I would like to give credit to.

I have also used this card well for 2 years. Some people are happy and many people are not happy about it, upgrading is what the card needs. geometry dash lite

As solus card holder, this is a good card if you are not willing to pay for Miles conversion. However, do not that direct miles crediting has a con. Your miles will expire in 3 years If airport lounge isn’t your thing. Then this is the card for you. However, when they first launch this card it’s with very attractive bonus miles like 9miles with OTAs but then again short lived. IMO: if you’re no longer a beginner for miles collection. Then other cards would suit you be better

It’s almost the same as the DBS altitude card. But I like the fact that you can convert the points to miles at no extra cost, and that you can also convert them in smaller amounts too. It’s also a great card to pair with the OCBC 360 to hit the minimum $500 spending.

[Application] I applied for this card and it took me like literally 15 mins to do everything online with the MyInfo link. It was super straightforward and managed to get it immediately to make some bookings on Agoda and Expedia. [Promotions and Perks] Right now there are these travel related deals which offer 8mpd which is really a crazy amount of miles per spend. [Useful For...] Travel related stuff and general miles accumulation. Where this has essentially replaced my OCBC365 card as I plan to collect miles throughout my working life!
