FWD Car Insurance Review
FWD Car Insurance is known to have some of the lowest priced Third-Party Only (TPO) and Third-Party Fire and Theft (TPFT) plans in the market, perfect for drivers of used cars (with safe driving records).
They also have very reasonably priced Comprehensive plans that come in different tiers, which are, from lowest to highest: Classic, Executive, and Prestige.
FWD’s TPO and TPFT plans have perks not commonly seen in other brands, such as towing charge reimbursement (TPFT), and even legal cost coverage.
FWD also believes that good drivers who have achieved 50% NCD shouldn’t be punished for making a claim, and so they offer a lifetime guarantee without paying extra.
While overall priced well, FWD doesn’t have the most flexible plans, and seems to not be the best priced for safe and experienced drivers.

[Customer Service] FWD has a great customer service team. It's very easy to get in touch using the chatbot or hotline. Agents are also friendly and helpful. [Purchase Process] One of the things I like best about FWD. It's so easy to buy online. Great user interface, simple journey, from quote to checkout, it was a breeze. [Insurance Coverage] Coverage is pretty standard/competitive. I like that FWD doesn't make you name other drivers or pay extra to cover them. Anyone you trust to drive your car gets covered (other than young drivers under 26—that's a pretty standard extra) [Others] I received an SMS and email 2 months prior to my renewal date to renew early for 2%+3% early bird and loyalty discount. Plus, the site was offering a 25% promo code as well so I got a pretty good deal.0

Very good and patient customer service which I just called to enquire. As I was really unsure and like to know more, they are very patient and understanding with me. Also assisted to analyse and suggest which insurance plan suited me more. I find that is value for money.
