Will the new bonus interest of OCBC Premier Dividend Plus Savings account apply to all balances in the account or just the new deposits?

It seems that the bonus interest rate was increased to 1.1 percent wef 2/1/2019. Does this new bonus interest rate apply to all balances in the account or just to new deposits? Thanks
