Will Singapore REIT prices dip again with the planned opening of economy in 3 phases?

Plan has been made to gradually open the economy. Not all businesses will open immediately. I was thinking that if businesses dip, REIT dividends will be much less, and investors may let go of their shares?

i cannot give any prediction, when professionals can.

Could dip shortly, then now, 2nd relevant 'wave' could come, then all very difficult with no remedy in sight. Super optimistic progress also possible.
