If the DBS Black visa still offers the 5% rebate, I think it's a good catch. If not, posb everyday will be good esp if you shop at Sheng siong, afterall you jsut need to spend once you be eligible for your interest.
If you would consider other cards, I'll recommend Citibank SMRT which has tons to rebate or SC Spree card.
