Which is a better option if my main aim is to minimise depreciation over say 10 to 15yrs - (1) a 800,000k 4rm HDB which MOP in 2019; or (2) 1.4 to 1.6mil freehold Condo?
I have explored other options, such as BTO or cheaper HDB resale, but they unfortunately do not work for me.
HDB with lease (non-freehold) will have higher rate of depreciation.
