What should I be looking to invest in long-term in order to get roughly a 7% return rate?

I’m recently looking to invest in kristal.AI. I’ve already invested in Stashaway portfolio and Syfe Reits currently and looking to invest an additional $1k into Kristal. Seems like Kristal is more to manual picking of ETFs.

Any recommendations for me to invest Long term to get an average 7% return?

Thinking of just investing in SPY and SPHD, I’m not sure if I’m doing the right thing? Investing just on this 2 ETF or should I include more? If yes then any recommendations pls? My knowledge is basic
