I'll make some assumptions here that you'll be using KF or AM, since these are the two most common transfer partners of the banks here, and that you'll want to fly direct since there are quite a number of direct flights to LHR.

Surprisingly, the most economical is Asia Miles. For KF, round trip x 2 in J would be 184K per person (regardless of SQ or *A awards) so you'll need 368K miles in general.

For Asia Miles, 140K if you want to fly return on BA, so 280K miles in total. That's a whopping 88K lesser miles.

This assumes you are not particularly picky about the cabin type as long as it is business. Unless you absolutely have to fly SQ J, in which case you are stuck with using KF. But if SQ awards are on waitlist(as they tend to be), consider flying in to another location such as DUS or MAN and take a short domestic.

Now, since most banks transfer to KF or AM at the same rate, then you'll probably earn sufficient miles faster if you were aiming for a AM redemption.

You'll have to decide if you want to redeem using a FFP that doesn't pass on fuel surcharge (such as KrisFlyer) or an FFP that charges fewer miles but will incur a higher fuel surcharge (such as Turkish)

You'll also have to see where your credit card points can be transferred to as not all bank points can be transferred to Turkish.
