Not for me. I prefer location and accessibility over anything. Travelling time matters most to me. Love to host friends.

The good is that you have everything at the West, no need to go Orchard etc anymore. Will be the first car-lite town in SG which is something to be excited about. If you like quiet place then okay too.

Looks very good, so far the units going to be BTO-ed are planned out to have an MRT station beside it. And because its in the west, the pricing is also lower. IF the HSR does go through and completes, I think Tengah will be hot due to its proximity to Jurong east where the HSR will be.
