What can I claim with the AIG Travel Guard Direct?

I bought a plan about a year ago but I am not too sure about when I can use it?

For the AIG Travel Guard Direct insurance, it covers pre departure, medical, repatriations, early return home, travel delay, personal liability, baggage, personal accident, loss of equipment, golf advantage and supplementary benefit.

AIG covers cruise travels as well.
