Nope it is because many online retailer are infringing into his low margin supermarket segment. Like the supermarket segment in Singapore, Walmart is positioned like the sheng shiong of Singapore, cheaper than fair price and operating on a very lean operational structure and ulu locations.

He is challenging amazon etc to view how much more margins they themselves can cut in their operational network to challenge Walmart as a low cost supermarket
