I hate that I can't figure out what I want yet as my end goal in my career. And it doesn't help when many peers who are in my mid-20s who have already figured it out. To discover your career aspiration, first understand your career Values, Interests, Personality and Skills (VIPS). There are many career profiling tools that you can use to get a report such as www.myskillsfuture.sg to to embark on a journey of self-discovery to gain a better self-awareness. From this discovery you will be able to associate with suggested roles that coincides with your VIPS. When this is acheived, half the better is won and the other half is about expending the efforts to realise your career aspiration through appropriate skills upgrading.
