The support given by the Government is very helpful but it's not enough for businesses and workers like me are worried. What can I do to prepare myself for more upcoming severe impacts?

There are a lot of analysts and economists who have said that its impacts will last for a long time. How can I be prepared?

Maintain industry relevant skillset and generate continuous demand for your skillset.

Explore up and coming industries and see if you can apply your current skillset. If not, pick up an additional skillset.

Save more and spend less.

Exercise more, eat well and have enough sleep.

Train your mind to be resilient/positive and be open to opportunities.
