Tesla has inspired many others to take the step towards electric and autonomous vehicle. I am impressed by Nio's lifestyle business model. What are your thoughts on Nio long term?

I think the EV wave is only just beginning. However, who will emerge as the final winner is anyone's guess.

My thought on nio long term is that it has chance to be strong rival even outweigh tesla if they can innovate and be creative in making a profitable business model but in the end we are uncertain if nio will rise

but it just my thoughts

What are your thoughts on Tesla’s rise in stock price? Is it a short term spike or do you foresee it growing exponentially long term?

Amazon to abruptly stop buying goods from 3rd party sellers. Shifting its business model closer to Alibaba- revs might appear smaller but is this a good sign in the long term with less inventory costs and depreciation?

How and where did you gain the inspiration for a good business idea and how long did you take to generate good profits?

Thoughts on spreading commissions over 20 yrs instead of about 5 yrs? since servicing should be long term, If we take hdb loan then transfer to bank loan, the loan amount still capped at 75%?

Recommendation to invest $50k-$60k cash on hand for short term (2-4 yrs) goals and long term (retirement) goals? Looking to continue channeling $24k/yr towards retirement too - where should we do so?
