Should I get the DBS Altitude or DBS Live Fresh card?

I want to open a DBS Multiplier account and is wondering which credit card shall I get?
My monthly spending is less than $600 so I won't hit the minimum spending required for DBS Live Fresh rebate. And because my spending is low and I don't travel often so chasing mile doesn't seem to be a good option. I know if I want to maximize rebate for a low spender like me I should go for Citi SMRT, but for the sake of opening DBS Multiplier, what card should I get?

If you don't meet the requirement for the live fresh rebate, then at the very least, DBS miles don't expire, so an Altitude card should be better. You can accumulate the points for an aspiration redemption years down the road.

Take it from me, I built a 6 digit stash of miles from years ago not knowing what to do with them, but then 4 years down the road I managed to make good use of them.
