My parents are retiring and I want to help pay off the remainder of their HDB mortgage. What is the best way to do that?

I know there are multiple methods like GIRO, eNETS, AXS, cash, just wanted to check if there's any way I could do this and reap some rebates/ or benefits?

By official means, no. However, if you go 1 big round, maybe.
