My company requires us to go back to office every alternative weeks in Teams A and B now. Can they force us to go back if we prefer to WFH, eventhough it's my turn to return to office this week?
I feel like the rules are not clear and sometimes blurred. Don't know if I'm allowed to report to MOM if they force us to go back to work. Anyone knows?
