Lowest all-round fees for online payments?

There's a comparison here (https://blog.moneysmart.sg/budgeting/multi-curr...), but it still doesn't give real comparisons on the traded amount. I'd also like to know which app can allow U.S purchases (as if the card is US-issued). Thank you.

What it means of the Instarem card produce vapour?

YouTrip best since their revamp early Nov

Revolut on weekdays but lose on weekends and THB

Transferwise a small fee and so loses to both above.

Instarem remittance only so far, their card product vapour.

All cards allow keeping in balance in USD and US purchases.

Overseas online payment for large sum - I plan to pursue graduate studies in the UK in 2021. The tuition fees will come up to 25K pounds which is around 45K SGD. Any advice on the best way to conduct such a large online transaction?

Besides DBS Vickers Cash Upfront having lowest fee for buy, what is an alternative brokerage having similar lowest fee for buy trade?

Which hotels accept online payments or contactless payment for weddings?

Which of the online trading platform has low charges fees and commission rate % in SG and foreign shares? Should I separate them into the different online trading platform?

I have $8k for investment (warchest $32k no touch). FSMone RSP or SCB for lowest fees and lump-sum or DCA? Saw scb free brokerage fees rebate promo. Any advice?
