I did not apply for new credit cards nor ask for any credit review. In fact when they called I told them I'm not interested. Without my permission can they keep sending the enquired and how does that affect my score?

You might have to call that particular bank and ask why they keep looking at your credit report when you did nothing. It will affect your credit score when theres too much enquiries but usually its temporary.
