Is there any difference in getting a same ETF through a brokerage platform like Tiger Brokers and through the company like Vanguard?

Hi, jus wondering is there any difference in getting a same ETF through a brokerage platform like tiger and through the company eg Vanguard. Thanks

Unless you are a millionaire/ high networth/ accredited investor/ institution, unlikely you will be able to buy directly from the company/fund manager. it is almost always through a broker or a fund distributor.

the difference is the manager's fees. it is almost always cheaper for the first group than it is for individual/retail investors.
