If i own a private limited company (no employees), am I considered a self-employed person (as my business is not a sole proprietorship/partnership) and am I eligible for the NTUC Training Fund (SEPs)?

How do I know if I'm eligible?

How do I inform CPF Board to waive my medi-save contribution as I was a self-employed property agent previously but am now an owner of a private limited property agency receiving a director's fee.

As a owner of a corporate (private limited) you are a director of the firm.

you can be receiving director fees (non CPF) or salary (CPF), in both of these cases, not self employed.

a director can still have self employed income if he has his own sole proprietorship or working in gigs like Grab, freelancer and declaring it in his annual income declaration.

if you have some form of self employed income, you may be eligible for NTUC training grants (SEP) provided you meet the other requirements
