I'm turning 24 and ORD-ing in November later this year. Any advice on whether I should go work or go for a private degree after NS?

I have a diploma in banking and finance but did not score too well, so I believe I can only go for a private degree. Stresses me out as I'm not too sure what I want study, or what are the prospects of going out to work with a diploma in banking and finance.

Why not both?

Work full-time and do your degree part time with night classes.

If you want to stay in the finance field, you can try junior positions in a local bank before finding your niche or specialisation within the industry or even deciding if you want to be front-end or back-end.

It's a big industry that wasn't toooo badly hit due to Covid-19 as compared to other industries.
