I'm 30 years old and is in a statutory board since graduation. I'm a non-scholar. What are some of the career advice? Will it be hard for me to re-enter MNCs? or should i continue in public service?

Mathematics at Cambridge University

Hey! Find something you dont mind doing, pays sufficiently well, leaving enough time to pursue your hobbies/interests/time with family, and fits your stomach for risk (In general, government agencies won't layoff staff, whereas even MNCs do sometimes).

It's not clear what you're looking for, but useful to ask yourself what are the push and pull factors. Push could be work environment, job scope, progression etc, and pull factors could be salaries, excitement etc.
