I have some USD in my PayPal and OCBC USD current account. The goal is to transfer USD in PayPal to my OCBC USD but the conversion is at an unattractive rate as they will convert to SGD. Suggestions?

Because it says as long as the bank account is in Singapore, PayPal will convert to SGD before transferring. Anyone knows any workaround to transfer USD out of PayPal to a local USD account?

Probably spend it online on something or if you want to invest the money to find a broker that allows funding of the trading account via PayPal and withdrawal of funds via bank transfer? Withdrawal fees and inward TT to OCBC probably will incur some costs.
