My wedding is in 2022 and will also be receiving keys to my BTO in Q4 2022, so I will need the cash by then. Approx. $10k for wedding and $25k for Renovation.

I don’t like to take loans, so I am not intending to take any sort of renovation/wedding loans.

Your time period is quite short. It might be more prudent to put at least $35k in high-interest savings accounts or in insurance plans such as Gigantiq. At the very least, your capital is guaranteed. I would not put this amount in cash management accounts or in short-term endowment plans as I prefer to sacrifice higher returns for flexibility and capital preservation.

As for the remaining $20k, it is really dependent on you.
