Do you foresee robo-advisors getting pushed out of the market due to new investment tools/platforms? How will robo-advisors ensure this doesn't occur?

I don't see a reason why robo advisory will be taken out yet.
As people are more educated and financially healthy, people would be willing to invest. Robo advisory is like a default go to.
People has different priorities so robo advisory is a good passive investing.
Even active investors use these platform to rebalanced their portfolio
In order for robo advisory to grow, users have to be well educated and extend to all walks of lives.
Robo advisors are not something for the rich but for everyone and giving everyone to have the hope the moves up the social circle

I think there may be some consolidation as there are possibly too many for too few investors in SG, but that does not mean you would lose your money as your holdings are in segregated accounts. It's hard to predict the future but it's reasonable to assume that at least some will make it
