How much do you have to spend on your posb everyday card to get your annual fee waived?

Is there a minimum spend that you have to hit to waive your POSB Everyday Card?

I spend really little on my everyday card, and fee waiver request is denied! Charged $180++ for it. I want to cancel this now.

POSB Everyday Card is my first credit card. Using it lesser and lesser as the time pass. Maybe less than $100 a year. And I still managed to get the annual fee waived without any issues.

There isn't a fixed ,dictated minimum spend that is publicly known, but generally you stand a pretty good chance of getting the annual fee waived if you're (i) spending at least a bit on your card or (ii) nice to the CS who's serving you on the phone.

When all else fails, just say you'll cancel the card. It'll be their loss; not yours.

You dont have to spend anything just to have the annual fees waived. I have more than 15 credit cards over the past 2 years and have never paid for a single annual fees.

I make videos about interesting stuff at youtube here

Don't understand exactly what you mean by "free money". do you mean rebates?

Free money as credits into your credit card that you can spend for free. Some also gave real cash into your bank account, Others gave free air tickets and got some give PS4 before

By right, there is a minimum amount. but i used to spend $10 a year. ten a year. but had to call in every year to ask for waiver.

but had since cancelled because cimb bank gives free without any minimum spend.

    hope this helps.
