Based on quotes on aliexpress:

Claw machines - ~$500 per machine.

Soft toys - ~$5 per piece.

Say 10 machines and 1000 toys to start with; $500 x 10 + $5 x 1000 = $10k

Based on quotes from 99.co:

Retail space in a mall to house machines - up to $5k/month.

Assuming a lease of $30k for a 6-month lease and another $10k for working capital, your total initial capital would be somewhere around $50k.
