How does one evaluate which regular share saving plans to go for either 200 or 100 sgd per month for overseas ETFs?

I am looking at ONLY FSMone Vs OCBC and DBS. In terms of the 3 above financial institutes or banks, which would be the cheapest and have exposure to many countries?
Since based on this article by seedly (https://blog.seedly.sg/which-regular-savings-pl...), what are other hidden fees that a beginner investor should take note of? Would you suggest FSMone even though they are new ?

Actually FSMOne is not new. They have lowest transaction fees for RSP but they have some hidden fees like dividend handling fees which I don't like. DBS RSP do not have exposure to other country, OCBC i not so sure.

I personally use FSMOne for US ETF, so far so good.
