How do I maximise CPF for retirement beside topping up SA? My risk appetite: low~moderate. (Currently have OA:$105K, OA Inv:$120K; SA:$155K, SA Inv:$18K)

Mthly pay $3.5K, bonus avg.5 mths. How to maximise CPF for retirement while getting a flat for someone age 43? Feasible to get a flat of $400K with max loan yrs? Hv ins cov > $1mil, so should not incur mortgage int.
