Hi, need urgent career advice from the community of professionals. What are some factors that I should be considering when thinking about switching jobs?
I am quite junior - 3 years working experience. I have been working in the hospitality industry for 1 year, my boss is good and my job is not too bad. However, my ex colleague has asked me if I'm interested to rejoin them. Should I? What factors should i consider? The new role would be largely the same and it is my preferred industry. Not sure about the pay have not moved to that stage.
