Thanks to Google and its privacy busting data analytics, this QUANCY has been popping up a lot recently in my ads (its basically everywhere)
Haven't tried personally due to warnings signs:
- Everything feel very new and 'rough' - seems like just pop out in September.
- App doesn't reveal anything before asking for personal details
- Website is very frugal with info on fees and charges
- Q&A is essentially a few FAQs written by one guy
- General lack of details on offering
Notably, I did try at least download app and try and put in complaint about the aggresive KYC - that was 2 weeks ago and no response; so a bit concerning.
One slight slight positive note - I did do some poking on ARCA and other corporate database websites - it does look there is collaborating evidence the firm does exist and have seed funding. But given concerns - I didn't weight this so much and didn't continue further.
Update 16 Nov - got email noting company is rebranding itself (changing names) and expanding its offering. A bit amazing from a company that just soft launched their product. All adding to something that looks concerning.
