Will the OA/SA/MA still exist? Will we still be able to pay for housing loans using OA?

Hey there,

Yes, they take everything from SA first, then whatever that is missing from your OA. However, there are methods to retain money in your SA.

OA,SA,MA will still exist as you will likely still be working after the age of 55. You can request for a sum to be retain in your OA for housing loan purpose. This can be requested through CPF board.
