It's been a bull run for the past 10 years, everyone feels that markets are over valued now. Apart from investing in fundamentals, what are the things you would recommend retail investors to do in this lead up?

I'm not afraid of a market crash as I'm still looking to invest more. I still have quite a lot of cash to deploy so a market crash will be good for me personally. For us retail investors, it will be always good to have a war chest (standby cash) so we can deploy during a market crash.

Its been more than a years since this last quesstion, and the US market is still up in 2019. So going into 2020, the same question will be asked again: is it overvalued now? As long you invest in good quality companies with money you can afford to hold on, you will be fine
