yes but i think it's between:

What we want to achieve VS Time Management.

How I manage my Time: Working hours work, I use travelling time to read books / useful articles from Seedly / Financial blogs / Tech news / New Biz Funding or Inventions.

After work and meals, I'll try to entertain a little by Netflixing, youtubing or music appreciations.

Finishing the night with more reading and meditations.

I think the most useful will be travelling time reading to learn more. Everyone choose to do what works for them! :)

I don't link my mobile to company email account.

I.e. If I'm not in the office, dont' send me emails!! (need to set notification)

If your job requires you to be on the move. You need to ask your company to pay for a seperate mobile line. It's actually really important to separate work from private, which is difficult to do if you use the same phone for both.

I too can't help receiving work messages and calls on my phone, but I deliberately refuse to link the email account on my phone. It helps as I'm not stress out by work when I'm suppose to destress on a holiday. But the last few months I have been harassed by a vendor that uses Whatsapp like an email. (i.e to send official documents). I totally ignored this person, and told them if they don't send to my company email, its not considered received. Honestly using personal phone for work takes a toll on your time, health and also eats up your data, especially by those people that abuses technology.

Yes omg. Especially when I started work... I try to to squeeze in some time every day to work out. Make your work out periods short, so it's easier to get into it. For example, 10 minutes of working out is easy to squeeze into your schedule, and the inertia to start doing it is not that great :)
