Everyone's bombarding answers but no one's answering your question.

Yes, S-REITs need to pay corporate taxes before they give out their dividends. But no, investors don't need to pay dividends because the payouts received is after it has been taxed.

For all shares of SGX-listed REITs you own, the capital gains and dividends are not taxable.

For Singapore REITs, you do not need to pay income tax on the dividends received....
