Can non-renounceable preferential offering be sold in the market?

Also, do they get all the benefits of a normal stock, such as dividends, voting rights etc

No, the offering rights cannot be sold on market. Non-renounceable means you must choose to exercise (or not) but cannot transfer those rights to others.

Can I sell the shares after I have exercised and received them?

Yes - after exercise, the shares received are the same as any others.
