Between Ascendas Hospitality Trust and Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, which would be a better hospitality reit? If possible, please share with me why?

Both are close to their 52week high and are trading at around 1.02 P/B ratio

Difference : Ascendas having slightly higher dividend yield and lower gearing, can prove to be a better choice.

I personally went for Ascott, simply because I like the business more.
