Hey there, this will be my first time applying for an IPO and/or purchasing an overseas stocks. Are we able to apply for Alibaba's IPO in Hong Kong? And if so, how do we apply and also what is a good range of lots to apply for? I'm currently using DBS vickers so would be good if any processes can be from this perspective. Thanks in advance!

Don’t think it’s possible unless you have a brokerage account in HK.
Managed to get some lots at market open though. Looks to be tracking the US price closely. Good to watch.

Maybe Hang Seng Index ETF investing is
better diversified and very probably Ant will become a component. cheapest ETF would currently be HK 3067.
IPO investing on the other hand is mere speculation, should be avoided.
